Grandma’s Ribbon Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 1 3oz. Package Lemon Jello 
  • 1 3oz. Package Lime Jello 
  • 1 3oz. Package Raspberry Jello 
  • 3 Cups Boiling Water 
  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1-½ c. Cold Water
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese (softened) 
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise 
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream (Real Whipped Cream) 

Directions: 

  1. Dissolve jellos separately using 1 cup boiling water each 
  1. Stir marshmallows into Lemon Jello and set aside 
  1. Add ¾ cup of cold water to Lime Jello and pour into 13x9x2 inch pan and place in fridge until set 
  1. Add ¾ cup cold water to Raspberry Jello and set aside at room temperature 
  1. Add cream cheese to Lemon Jello and beat until blended 
  1. Chill 30 minutes until slightly thickened 
  1. Blend in mayonnaise and whipped cream 
  1. Chill approximately 25 minutes and spoon over Lime jello 
  1. Chill until set but not firm 
  1. Chill Raspberry jello 30 minutes (Don’t let it set). Pour thus over Lemon mixture and chill until firm
