Ingredients:
- 1 3oz. Package Lemon Jello
- 1 3oz. Package Lime Jello
- 1 3oz. Package Raspberry Jello
- 3 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1-½ c. Cold Water
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream (Real Whipped Cream)
Directions:
- Dissolve jellos separately using 1 cup boiling water each
- Stir marshmallows into Lemon Jello and set aside
- Add ¾ cup of cold water to Lime Jello and pour into 13x9x2 inch pan and place in fridge until set
- Add ¾ cup cold water to Raspberry Jello and set aside at room temperature
- Add cream cheese to Lemon Jello and beat until blended
- Chill 30 minutes until slightly thickened
- Blend in mayonnaise and whipped cream
- Chill approximately 25 minutes and spoon over Lime jello
- Chill until set but not firm
- Chill Raspberry jello 30 minutes (Don’t let it set). Pour thus over Lemon mixture and chill until firm
